COVID-19 Tele-ART
Tele-ART is a Supervised ART service that allows you to carry out your supervised ART test by a trained swab supervisor over video consultation, instead of having to do one physically at a Quick Test Centre or in a clinic.
Kingston’s Tele-ART service is approved for use by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Results are valid for pre-event and pre-departure tests in Singapore (if it fulfills on requirements of your destination country*).

Online Supervised ART Test (Tele-ART)
Important Notice:
• This service is also suitable for unvaccinated individuals’.
• The service only includes the video consultation via Zoom Call (No App Installation required).
• You will need to provide your own ART kits (must be Singapore HSA-approved or approved in country of testing).
• Notarised documents will be provided after swab completion. (Approved by MOH)
• For travelers doing their pre-departure/pre-travel test, please have your passport and travel itinerary ready at the start of the call.
• Result will be sent via email within 30 minutes after swab completion.
• Strictly no refunds for any cancellations of appointments.
• During peak periods, do expect a wait time of up to 15 minutes.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
• Not Inclusive of Recovery Memo (Additional Charge of S$10).
• Subjected to latest government regulations, clients are responsible for checking the validity of Tele-ART for their own use-case.
Indemnity
You are responsible for ensuring your testing window requirements of your specific event/flight and that your appointment can meet the requirements set out by the
relevant authorities.
By making an appointment with us, you agree to indemnify us from any expenses, damages, loss or claims arising directly or indirectly from using our services.
